Tapering

Sweet smoky musk lingers in the air
Advising all who knew its scent
That life is good
I sit in silence
Evolving as I did so
Moving forward
Not remembering
Wisdom is stored in places of acceptance
Knowledge begets excuses
Maturity is the distance between them
I sit
In
Silence
Permitting the answers to questions never asked
To manifest themselves unto me
Watching the light change
From purple to white
To gold
Then back down the chakra spectrum
Keeping check
Keeping watch
Repairing and preparing
Silently as the cloud gets thicker
Lids get heavier
Light shines brighter
I sit
In
Silence
